Procedure Ownership and Revision

The Directors are responsible for ensuring the implementation of this policy. Specific responsibilities may be delegated to members of the Executive Team.

This procedure will be reviewed and approved by the Governing Body annually. If legislation, regulatory requirements or the organisational structure change, this document must be reviewed sooner. The current revision history is recorded in the table below
