Getting Started
How do I get started?
Contact us by phone, email or through our online enquiry form. We'll discuss your circumstances and help you understand the most suitable care options.
What areas do you service?
We provide services across Adelaide metropolitan suburbs and selected surrounding regional areas.
Who can refer me?
Referrals are welcome from individuals, families, GPs, hospitals, allied health professionals and other organisations.
Can my family be involved?
Yes. With your consent, family members or representatives can be involved in planning and reviewing your care.
Our Services
What services do you provide?
Our services include nursing, personal care, domestic assistance, transport, social support and respite.
Do you provide nursing care?
Yes. Our registered nurses can provide medication management, wound care, continence and catheter care, clinical monitoring and other nursing services as appropriate.
Can you help after a hospital stay?
Yes. We can support your return home where appropriate, whether through government-funded or private services. We do not provide Transition Care or rehabilitation programs.
Do you provide services on weekends and public holidays?
Yes. We offer flexible care services, including weekends and public holidays, based on your needs.
Funding & Choice
Do you provide private services?
Yes. Private services are available for clients who wish to arrange care directly.
Can I change providers?
Yes. You have the right to choose your provider, and we can assist with the transition.
What languages can you support?
We can support English, Hindi, Gujarati, Nepali and Afghan languages. Mandarin and Punjabi support is available where possible.
Can my family be involved?
Yes. With your consent, family members or representatives can be involved in planning and reviewing your care.

Are your staff screened and trained?
Yes. Our staff complete appropriate screening, reference checks and mandatory training before providing services.
Will I still make my own decisions?
Absolutely. We support your independence, dignity and right to make informed decisions about your care.
What if I have a medical emergency?
If you require urgent medical assistance, call Triple Zero (000). If one of our staff is with you, they will assist by contacting emergency services and providing appropriate support until help arrives.

Can I have pets at home while receiving care?
Yes. We understand pets are part of the family and will work respectfully around them where it is safe to do so.
How much do services cost?
Costs vary depending on the services you require and your funding arrangements. Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.
